By accessing and browsing this website, you accept, without limitation or qualification, these terms and at your own risk. If you will not follow any of the terms, please do not use this website. These terms and conditions may be changed at any time without any prior notice. Any such changes will be reflected on the Terms of Use page of the Toe Teasers website.

 

Payments:

ToeTeasers.shop accepts most major debit/credit card companies (Visa, MasterCard, and American Express). We currently do not accept international debit/credit cards.

All orders are subject to a security check prior to shipment. When submitting an order, the payment will run an address verification check with your financial institution to confirm the billing and shipping information provided. When placing your order, please make sure that you use the billing address and contact information as it appears on your credit statement. It is recommended that your order be shipped to the billing address for quicker processing. If shipping to an alternate address, delays may occur as additional verification with the customer may be needed to confirm the authorized transaction. Please be advised that our security checks are intended to ensure the safety of your financial information and to prevent unauthorized use of your debit/ credit cards. Any orders that do not pass the AVS/security check will be cancelled and payment will be refunded.

If your credit card is declined, a message will appear on the page with the reason why it was declined. If it is declined as a result of an AVS mismatch, please verify that the billing address information you are entering on the website is an exact match to the billing address information on file with your credit card issuing bank. If your card is declined as a result of the card code mismatch, please ensure that you are correctly entering the 3 or 4 digit code that appears on the front or back of your card (varies by card type). If your transaction is otherwise declined, please ensure that you have sufficient funds available in your account to complete the transaction, or contact your bank to inquire about any holds that may have been placed on your card.

Declined transactions may appear on your billing statement as pending transactions. Within 3-5 business days, your bank will remove these pending transactions from your account. These funds are not being held by ToeTeasers.shop, and may have their pending status removed only by your bank.

 

IMPORTANT TAX INFORMATION

Sales tax is only applicable to orders shipping to the state of California.

Products available for sale on Toe Teasers are available domestically and internationally, but additional shipping charges do apply on shipments.Toe Teasers, reserves the right to alter these shipping prices at any time and without prior notice. Fees and additional charges may apply to purchases that have already been placed in order to cover shipping and handling costs.

Toe Teasers, makes it a priority to be as accurate as possible in describing all products available for sale on the Toe Teasers website. However, Toe Teasers, does not warrant that product descriptions or other content of this site are accurate, complete, reliable, current, or error-free. Toe Teasers, therefore reserves the right to correct information at any time without prior notice, including but not limited to: the product description (i.e. color, size, fit, material, etc), availability of products, shoe name, price of product, shipping cost, and pictures.

The same applies for exchanges and the application of fees such as restocking fees, fees for damages, etc…Toe Teasers, also does not guarantee that a return will be granted to an individual or that an exchange will be granted whether or not the exchange item appears as available on the website. Toe Teasers, also does not guarantee that correspondence made through the customer service lines will be enforced, but will attempt to do so. We also reserve the right to alter or correct at any time the availability of our products and/or services, the prices of our products or of shipping, and the method of shipping.

Toe Teasers, reserves the right to terminate and or refuse the right to service to any person Toe Teasers, has determined to have caused grief and or emotional distress to personnel by customer(s) and or potential customer(s) through a demonstration of verbal threats, physical threats or language that has been deemed or qualified as harassment toward Toe  Teasers, personnel via e-mail(s), phone call(s) or in person.

Under federal anti-discrimination laws, Toe Teasers, can refuse service to any person for any reason, unless the business is discriminating against a protected class.

The wireless carriers supported by the Service are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. You agree to provide us with a valid mobile number. You agree to maintain accurate, complete, and up-to-date information with us related to your receipt of messages, including, without limitation, notifying us immediately if you change your mobile number.

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold us harmless from any third-party claims, liability, damages or costs arising from your use of the Service or from you providing us with a phone number that is not your own.

You agree that we will not be liable for failed, delayed, or misdirected delivery of any information sent through the Service, any errors in such information, and/or any action you may or may not take in reliance on the information or Service.
